Hosting, database, spam-prevention and email-delivery providers may process information for OFSTRAW when those services are configured. They are used to operate the website and enquiry workflow, not to sell consumer marketing lists.
International processing
A project may require information to be processed or shared across countries with relevant service providers and supply-chain participants. Only information reasonably needed for the enquiry and project is shared.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, develop the project, maintain business records, handle disputes or meet applicable legal obligations. A fixed deletion period has not yet been adopted and should be confirmed before production launch.
